Dear Sponsor,

We would like to extend the offer to you to be a sponsor of The Outlaw Crew Bar-B-Que cook-off team. We participate in numerous small cook-offs throughout the year. It is during this time that we request donations from sponsors in order to participate in the largest cook-off in this area. The Brazoria County Fair Bar-B-Que cook-off will be held the weekend of October 11-12, 2002.

If you would like to sponsor our team for this or any other cook-off please fill out the information below, submit the form and a representative of THE OUTLAW CREW will contact you or go to the PRINTABLE form, fill it out and mail it to us.

All Sponsors and donators will have their names listed on a sponsor board in our area during each cook-off event we participate in.

A sponsorship may consist of a monetary donation and/or supplies for the cook-offs.

Sponsorship of money or supplies in the following amounts receive these added rewards:

Bronze $100-$250 Certificate.

Silver $500 Certificate and, upon request, a Banner which will be displayed in our area.

Gold $1000
Certificate and, upon request, a Banner which will be displayed in our area and your choice of a premium beverage.

Platinum $2000 Certificate and, upon request, a Banner which will be displayed in our area, your choice of a premium beverage and a Windbreaker.

We will also display any Sponsor supplied Banners in our area.

AND AS ALWAYS: WE WELCOME ALL SPONSORS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO COME EAT WITH US AND ENJOY THE BRAZORIA COUNTY FAIR AND ANY OTHER COOK-OFFS DURING THE YEAR.
